Our Airline Career Training (ACT) course addresses the important need for newly qualified pilots to be ready for airline employment. The 3-day course allows you to develop and practice skills for a variety of airline application and assessment scenarios and consists of:

- CV development – How to build your airline CV

- Covering letters – Making yourself stand out to airlines

- Airline application preparation – Navigating the application process

- Airline simulator assessment training – 2 hours of simulator assessment preparation

- Group exercise preparation – Develop working in a team, delegating and problem-solving

- One-to-one mock interview and feedback – Competency-based questions and how you should approach them

- Aptitude and psychometric tests and feedback – What will and won’t be tested

- How to research and look for airline jobs – Their cultures, people and facts

- Employability – Learning what makes you employable

- Understanding the airline industry – Know the world you’ll be working in

Our 3-day ACT courses are delivered by highly experienced airline recruitment professionals through a blend of practical sessions, presentations, trainee interaction and discussions combined with regular critical review for both trainers and trainees.

Completion of a Multi-crew Cooperation (MCC) training course, with an MCC course completion certificate issued at an Approved Training Organisation, is the only entry requirement. Example qualifying MCC courses include, but are not limited to, APS MCC, MCC/JOC, MCC or AQC from either an Integrated or Modular course of professional pilot training.
