Get A Cabin Crew Job

Our ‘Get a Cabin Crew Job’ training takes you behind the scenes of a cabin crew career.

Our January 2020 Course will run from 18th - 19th January and will be held at The Airport Inn, Manchester Airport.

This ground-breaking training covers everything you need to know about the industry, the role and, passing the challenging selection process.

A mixture of classroom and practical exercises developed and taught by experienced cabin crew and recruitment psychology specialists will give you the knowledge and skills you need to excell in the application process and training.

Day 1 - 'Experience life as Cabin Crew' includes:

-Practical and hands-on exercises including being on the other side of the PA system, making routine passenger announcements and learning what to say in an emergency.

-Having a go at a real safety demo, including using equipment and giving instructions, and taking turns to try important drills and procedures (both day to day and emergency).

-Covering the basic skills you need to save a life on board with our session on aviation first-aid, plus an insight into likely (and unlikely!) medical scenarios.

-Insights into airline life, real-life stories and the highs and lows! There's also the  opportunity to get candid answers on lifestyle and travel, and how to get the most out of this unique career.

-Knowledge-boosting tips about the industry and aircraft, and behind-the-scenes info on customer service and how to meet the airlines’ expectations.

-Exploring real life scenarios with our experienced trainers, from planned to unplanned emergencies to dealing with difficult passengers and pilot incapacitation.

Day 2 - 'Passing your Airline Assessment' includes:

-What the airlines are really looking for on their assessment day (it might not be what you think!)

-Understanding brands and behaviour- are you a good match for your favourite airline?

-Getting to know the psychometric tests- what they are, what you need to do and how to get through them

-Writing a winning CV and application form – and how to avoid the most common 7 mistakes (bring in your CV so you can check yours as we go through the session!)

-Information on the latest interviewing methods and how to prepare show-stopping answers to make your interviewers take notice!

-Practice of key customer service and passenger-based scenarios, both the routine and the unexpected!

-A mock selection day with group exercises, roleplays and presentations. You can have a go at these in a supportive and comfortable environment so you are totally prepared for the real thing.

In addition you will have plenty of time to ask our trainers questions and have informal discussions in class and in small groups.

You'll also recieve invaluable, constructive feedback from our training team to help you get the very most out of the day, your performance and tips on appearance, and detailed personal feedback on how you come across and how you could improve any areas you're less sure on.

Above all else, our weekend of training is great fun!

It provides the opportunity to work with industry personnel and like-minded people, and with our special equipment and ‘aircraft in a classroom’ you will have everything you need to land the job of your dreams!
