Human Factors Continuation 2019
Human Factors training is a mandatory requirement for all maintenance personnel as outlined in EASA 145.A.30(e).
Our Human Factors Continuation course is suitable for those who have taken a Human Factors Initial course within the last 2 years, and need to refresh their compliance. The course’s interactive format that will guide you through all of the required subject matter, including an organisation’s safety culture, human error, error reduction and mitigation, communications and error reporting.
The online Human Factors Initial training has been specifically designed for the Aviation industry delivered through an EASA Part-147 training organisation and provides a cost effective solution for learners. In addition to the online course, a maintenance organisation must provide their own bespoke element (relevant to each individual organization) to the course in order to comply with the requirements of EASA 145.a.30 (e).
