About us
Founded in 2000, Aviator Flight Center is an Approved Training Organisation (CY/ATO 002) operating under EASA Part FCL that trains pilots from all over the world towards the Professional Pilot's License and other additional ratings.
Our Mission
is to provide first class, quality flight training
IR (A) course
The aim of the course is to train pilots to the level of proficiency necessary to operate aeroplanes under IFR and in IMC.
It includes 15 flight hours trianing on DA42 and 40 hours Simulator Training.
The student is required to pass the IR Skill Test in a Multi Engine aircraft.
Pre-Entry Requirements
- Hold at least PPL (A) issued in accordance with Part-FCL
- Hold the privilege to fly at night in accordance with FCL.810
- Hold a valid medical certificate issued in accordance with Part-MED
- Show evidence of an English language proficiency assessment of at least ICAO Level 4
- Show evidence of having successfully completed all of the required theoretical knowledge examinations in accordance with FCL.615
- Have completed at least 50 hours of cross-country flight time as PIC in aeroplanes, helicopters or airships of which at least 10 must be in aeroplanes.
