Q400 PW150 CAT B1 PRACTICAL
Course Outline:
This course is in compliance with Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014 Annex III (Part-66), Appendix III "Type Training and examination Standard" and is a mechanics/electrics course according to ATA 104 level III for mechanics and avionics systems.
Practical:
The participant will acquire knowledge necessary to ensure safe performance of maintenance, inspections and routine work according to the maintenance manual and other relevant instructions and tasks as appropriate for the type of aircraft, for example troubleshooting, repairs, adjustments, replacements, rigging and functional checks if required. After the course they will be able to correctly use all technical literature and documentation for the aircraft and to correctly use specialist/special tooling and test equipment, perform removal and replacement of components and modules unique to type, including any on-wing maintenance activity.
Target Group:
EASA Part-66 category B1 and/or B2 recommended or other experienced maintenance staff like technical personnel associated with line and base maintenance activities.
Maintenance Certifying Technicians, who are holders of a basic license or equivalent and who seek type qualification on the aircraft.
Examination:
Practical assessment in accordance with EASA examination standards
