Safety Culture for Managers & Supervisory Personnel (Classroom)

This training focuses on exploring ways to gain an insight into your company’s’ own safety culture, how to foster it, and how to engage all employees in positive safety behaviour.

DESCRIPTION

All companies underline the importance of safety culture, because they feel that it reflects the safety in their daily operation. However, much of the material on safety culture tends to be very academic and many companies are struggling to understand the basic principles, or know a practical way to work it.
