SFAR 88 Fuel Tank Safety Phases 1 & 2

This course provides training in fuel tank safety, including fuel tank system maintenance and hazards.

It also gives students knowledge of the history of events related to fuel tank safety issues, including an overview of the FAA regulations known as SFAR (Special Federal Aviation Regulation) 88. The syllabus is derived from ED Decision 2009/007/R 24/03/2009, and satisfies the training requirements of AMC3 145.A30(e), in accordance with Appendix IV to AMC to 145.A.30(e) and 145.B.10(3)
