Course Description
The Train the Trainer course covers various techniques associated with adult learning. Candidates attending the course will explore the latest training tools, models and techniques being used by the pioneers in the area of adult development. At the end of the course, the participant will have the necessary skills to design, build and deliver an effective training programme.
