What is Electrical Wiring Interconnection System?

Electrical wiring interconnection system(EWIS) means any wire, wiring device, or combination of these, including termination devices, installed in any area of the aeroplane for the purpose of transmitting electrical energy, including data and signals between two or more intended termination points.

Course Overview

This course provides delegates with an overview of the development of enhanced aeroplane EWIS maintenance and the Enhanced Zonal Analysis Procedure.

Delegates will also learn about the technical aspects of typical EWIS installations, supporting inspection techniques and an introduction to AMC 20-22 Aeroplane EWIS training programmes.
