MAINTENANCE TEST PILOT

COURSE APPROVAL
Approved by Vantage Aviation Limited. The course is delivered by Test Pilots.
TARGET POPULATION
Government, parapublic and general aviation.
PREREQUISITES
Qualified, current and experienced helicopter pilot, crewman or engineer with spare capacity. Holding an in date medical examination.
English spoken and written skills at least ICAO Level 4.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
The applicant will gain the knowledge and skill to perform the duties of a maintenance test pilot.

TRAINING SEQUENCE
The course can be conducted in the UK and USA and will utilise the client’s own aircraft for the final phase.
COURSE COMPLETION
On completion the students will be issued a certificate approved by Vantage Aviation.
COURSE CONTENT
Ground training and flight training will be given by experienced Test pilots / Instructors that can get you confident in your ability to perform the duties of a maintenance test pilot.

The final part of the course can be conducted in the Host country on the end user aircraft type.
