MUTUAL SUPPORT TECHNIQUES

COURSE APPROVAL
Vantage Aviation Limited and Vantage Aviation USA LLC.
TARGET POPULATION
Security Forces and parapublic.
PREREQUISITES
Qualified, current and experience helicopter pilot with spare capacity.
Holding an in date medical examination.
English spoken and written skills at least ICAO Level 4.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
To enable the applicant to conduct helicopter mutual support operations day and night. Where qualified to include NVD operations.
COURSE DURATION
2 weeks.
GROUND TRAINING
2 Days.
FLIGHT TRAINING
8 Days to include night flying and NVD where qualified.
TRAINING SEQUENCE
The course can be conducted in the UK or USA or abroad using the client’s own aircraft.
COURSE COMPLETION
On completion the students will be issued a certificate approved by Vantage Aviation (UK or USA)
COURSE CONTENT
The Ground training includes mission command and mutual support principles, communication and crew co-operation.

Flight training includes day and night mutual support operations and formation.

Ground and flight phases will include assessments.
