Develop specific competencies in order to ensure Safety related staff to acquire the necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes applicable to the gathering, management and analysis of safety information (occurrences, incidents and accidents) within SMS/SSP frameworks.

Content
At the successful completion of this course, trainees will get competencies to efficiently:
Define basic politics and characteristics of a SORA system
Design characteristics and components integrating a SORA System
Enter basic information from reports into safety database
Complete preliminary classification and severity assessment for each occurrence
Conduct a formal safety analysis
Conduct data driven risk analysis based on statistical exploitation of stored occurrences
Identify and issue relevant safety recommendations
